The contributions, between 7,000 and 10,000 words (the format is available at https://democracy.usv.ro/), should be sent to democracy@usv.ro before July 30, 2026 and will be published in the first volume of the proceedings of the conference (bilingual French – English), La Revue internationale de la démocratie et de la décision publique/ The International Journal on Democracy and Public Decision.

The International Forum on Democracy and Public Decision offers participants the opportunity to publish their proceedings for a fee of €40 (bank details for the dedicated account of the “Stefan cel Mare” University of Suceava – in EUR – can be found here) or RON 215 (bank details for the dedicated account of the “Stefan cel Mare” University of Suceava – in RON – can be found here). This fee covers, among others, the costs with peer review, proofreading, layout, and online publication.

Participants will be notified upon publication, and the volume will also be available online.
